जयपुर,21 अगस्त। खाद्य एवं नागरिक आपूर्ति मंत्री श्री सुमित गोदारा ने गुरुवार को बांसवाड़ा जिला मुख्यालय पर बैठक लेकर विभागीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा की और योजनाओं का लाभ सभी पात्रों तक पहुँचाने के लिए पूर्ण समन्वय और जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करने के निर्देश दिए।
श्री गोदारा ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिये कि वे सभी अपात्र परिवारों से ‘गिव अप’ करवाएं और आधार सीडिंग व ई-केवाईसी का कार्य शीघ्र पूरा करें। बांसवाडा जिले में 88 हजार 827 व्यक्तियों ने इस अभियान के तहत स्वेच्छा से अपना नाम हटाया व एक लाख 66 हजार 841 नए लाभार्थी बांसवाड़ा जिले में जुड़े।
उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री श्री भजनलाल शर्मा के मार्गदर्शन में पात्र हकदारों को एनएफएसए में स्थान देने हेतु विभाग द्वारा गिव अप अभियान गत वर्ष 1 नवम्बर को शुरू किया गया। इस अभियान का उद्देश्य सक्षम लोगों को स्वेच्छा से खाद्य सब्सिडी छोडने के लिए प्रेरित करना है ताकि गरीबों व पात्र व्यक्ति को खाद्य सुरक्षा का लाभ मिल सके।
श्री गोदारा ने बताया कि इस अभियान के माध्यम से खाद्य सुरक्षा सूची में नई रिक्तियाँ बनने से सूची में जुड़े पात्र परिवारों को न केवल पोषण युक्त अन्न उपलब्ध कराया जा रहा है बल्कि उन्हें 25 लाख रूपये तक का निःशुल्क इलाज, 10 लाख रुपए तक का दुर्घटना बीमा एवं 450 रूपये में प्रतिवर्ष 12 घरेलू सिलेंडर उपलब्ध कराए जा रहे हैं। श्री गोदारा ने बताया कि गिव अप अभियान में व्यापक जनभागीदारी को देखते हुए इसकी अवधि 31 अगस्त तक बढ़ा दी गई है।
उल्लेखनीय है कि ऐसे परिवार जिनमें कोई सदस्य आयकर दाता हो या कोई सदस्य सरकारी, अर्धसरकारी, स्वायत्तशासी संस्था में कार्मिक हो या एक लाख से अधिक वार्षिक पारिवारिक आय हो या एवं किसी सदस्य के पास चार पहिया वाहन हो (ट्रेक्टर आदि जीविकोपार्जन में प्रयुक्त वाहन को छोडकर), खाद्य सुरक्षा योजना में लाभ नहीं ले सकते।
बैठक में जिला कलक्टर डॉ इन्द्रजीत यादव, अतिरिक्त जिला कलक्टर श्री अभीषेक गोयल, जिला रसद अधिकारी श्री ओमप्रकाश जोतड, सामाजिक कार्यकर्ता पूंजीलाल गायरी, जिला परिषद सदस्य श्रीमती कृष्णा कटारा भी मौजूद रहे।
Food and Civil Supplies Minister gave instructions for effective implementation in the review meeting in Banswara
Jaipur, 21 August. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Shri Sumit Godara reviewed the departmental schemes by holding a meeting at Banswara district headquarters on Thursday and instructed to work with full coordination and responsibility to provide the benefits of the schemes to all the eligible people.
Shri Godara instructed the officials to get ‘Give Up’ from all the ineligible families and complete the work of Aadhar seeding and e-KYC soon. In Banswara district, 88 thousand 827 persons voluntarily removed their names under this campaign and one lakh 66 thousand 841 new beneficiaries were added in Banswara district.
He said that under the guidance of Chief Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma, the Give Up campaign was started by the department on 1 November last year to give place to eligible beneficiaries in NFSA. The objective of this campaign is to motivate capable people to voluntarily give up food subsidy so that the poor and eligible people can get the benefit of food security.
Shri Godara informed that through this campaign, due to creation of new vacancies in the food security list, not only nutritious food is being provided to the eligible families added in the list, but they are also being provided free treatment up to Rs. 25 lakh, accident insurance up to Rs. 10 lakh and 12 domestic cylinders per year for Rs. 450. Shri Godara informed that in view of the widespread public participation in the Give Up campaign, its duration has been extended till 31 August.
It is worth mentioning that such families in which any member is an income tax payer or any member is an employee in a government, semi-government, autonomous institution or has an annual family income of more than one lakh or any member has a four wheeler vehicle (except tractor etc. vehicles used for livelihood), cannot avail the benefits of the food security scheme.
District Collector Dr. Indrajit Yadav, Additional District Collector Shri Abhishek Goyal, District Logistics Officer Shri Omprakash Jotad, social worker Punji Lal Gayri, District Council Member Smt. Krishna Katara were also present in the meeting.
