प्रमुख शासन सचिव एवं रजिस्ट्रार मंजू राजपाल ने जारी किये निर्देश
जयपुर। राजस्थान में सहकारिता विभाग पैक्स विहीन ग्राम पंचायतों में नई ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों का गठन करेगा। इस पहल का उद्देश्य ग्रामीण विकास को बढ़ावा देना और सहकारिता का नेटवर्क मजबूत करना है।
सहकारिता विभाग की प्रमुख शासन सचिव एवं रजिस्ट्रार मंजू राजपाल ने इस संबंध में शुक्रवार को अधिकारियों को आवश्यक निर्देश जारी किए।
मंजू राजपाल ने जोर देकर कहा कि शत-प्रतिशत लक्ष्य प्राप्त करने के लिए समयबद्ध और ठोस प्रयास किए जाएं ताकि ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में सहकारिता तंत्र और मजबूत हो सके।
नई ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों के गठन की जानकारी:
- लक्ष्य: दो वर्षों में 2600 समितियां बनाने का लक्ष्य निर्धारित किया गया है।
- आवश्यकताएं : इन समितियों के गठन के लिए न्यूनतम 150 सदस्य और 1.50 लाख रुपये की हिस्सा राशि आवश्यक होगी। कम जनसंख्या वाले जिलों के लिए अतिरिक्त शिथिलता पर विचार किया जा सकता है ।
महिला ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समितियों का गठन:
- महिला सशक्तिकरण: प्रत्येक ब्लॉक में महिला ग्राम सेवा सहकारी समिति का गठन किया जाएगा, जिससे महिलाओं का सक्रिय सहयोग बढ़ेगा और उनका सर्वांगीण उत्थान होगा।
- वित्तीय सहायता: राज्य सरकार 10.53 करोड़ रुपये की अंशदान राशि वहन करेगी और प्रत्येक समिति की अंशदान राशि के लिए 3 लाख रुपये प्रदान करेगी ।
2600 new Gram Seva Cooperative Societies will be formed in two years in PACS-less Gram Panchayats of Rajasthan

Jaipur. The Cooperative Department in Rajasthan will form new Gram Seva Cooperative Societies in PACS-less Gram Panchayats. The objective of this initiative is to promote rural development and strengthen the cooperative network.
Principal Secretary and Registrar of Cooperative Department Manju Rajpal issued necessary instructions to the officials in this regard on Friday.
Manju Rajpal stressed that timely and concrete efforts should be made to achieve 100 percent target so that the cooperative system can be strengthened in rural areas.
Information about the formation of new Gram Seva Cooperative Societies:
- Target: A target has been set to form 2600 committees in two years.
- Requirements: A minimum of 150 members and a share amount of Rs 1.50 lakh will be required for the formation of these committees. Additional relaxation may be considered for districts with less population.
Formation of Mahila Gram Seva Cooperative Societies:
- Women Empowerment: Mahila Gram Seva Cooperative Societies will be formed in each block, which will increase the active participation of women and lead to their all-round upliftment.
- Financial Assistance: The state government will bear the contribution amount of Rs 10.53 crore and provide Rs 3 lakh for the contribution amount of each committee.
